2. About Tommy On-Time Creations
Tommy On-Time Creations develops and distributes software, plugins, utilities, and other digital products primarily for American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2.

3. Digital Products
Products offered through this store are primarily digital downloads.
After completing a purchase, customers receive access to the applicable digital files through Sellfy's delivery system.
Customers with access to their purchase history can re-download purchased products and may receive updated versions when those updates are made available through the same product listing.
4. Product Licensing
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated, products are licensed for personal use by the purchasing customer.
You may not:

Compatibility with every system configuration, game modification, or third-party application cannot be guaranteed.

Tommy On-Time Creations may release updates, fixes, improvements, or replacement versions of products.
Unless otherwise stated, updates to an existing purchased product may be made available to existing customers through their original purchase access.
The availability, frequency, and duration of future updates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated for a product.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on the product page and during checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Applicable taxes or other charges may be calculated during checkout where required.
8. Refunds

Tommy On-Time Creations is an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SCS Software unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Disclaimer of Warranty
Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
While we work to provide reliable software, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every configuration, or continued compatibility following changes to games, operating systems, or third-party software.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tommy On-Time Creations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a product.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of game files, profiles, configuration files, and other important data.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
The version in effect at the time of a purchase applies to that transaction, except where changes are required by law.
